Position: Customer Service and Operations Manager (CSOM)

Location: Morogoro branch

Mkombozi Commercial Bank PLC (MKCB)- Tanzania

Beginning as an effort by the Tanzania Episcopal Conference in 2009 to create a Commercial Bank, Mkombozi Commercial Bank PLC (MKCB)

Education

  • Bachelor in Commerce and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent CPA (T/ACCA holder);
  • Master’s degree in pertinent field will be a bonus.
  • Past: Experience should have at least three years of supervisory level experience in financial management, at least five years of work experience overall.

Employment Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of compliance rules, YC, AML, and banking practices
  • Strong team building and leadership abilities
  • Mastery of financial controls, reconciliation, and branch cash handling
  • Excellent customer service capable of managing difficult questions and problems
  • Capacity to regulate risk and apply security and control policies properly
