The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) would like to inform the various job applicants who conducted the interviews on 10, 11, 12 and 13 March, 2025 that the names of the successful applicants are as listed in this advertisement. Furthermore, their employment will be official when their certificates are verified and certified by the relevant authorities.
Successful applicants will be required to complete various employment procedures by arriving at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) starting March 28, 2025 at 9:00 am, with the documents specified in this announcement for verification before being issued with employment letters.
For those whose names are not in this advertisement, please note that they did not get a chance/did not pass the interview, so do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced.

The documents to be submitted are as follows:
(i) Original Certificates and two copies of the certificates certified by the Legal Authorities (certified by Advocate/Magistrate) for studies from Form Four onwards;
(ii) Birth Certificate;
(iii) Copy of National Identity Card (NIDA); and
(iv) Four coloured passport size photographs
