HEAD OF SHOPS Operations

Business Administration degree or allied field of study in university
Ten years of commercial experience, namely in sales, product, and service.
At least five years of expertise guiding consumer experience or brand management.
One further advantage is experience in bank branch management or telecommunication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the application of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee constant and effective operations throughout all Yas-owned stores.
Lead, coach, and encourage a Yas-owned shop’s top-notch crew.
Establish and keep high standards for brand consistency and customer experience in Yas-owned stores.
Establish ambitious sales and profitability goals for the shop network and guarantee sound policies to either reach or surpass the targets.
Work with internal stakeholders to give our clients a signature experience.
Make sure that every Yas-owned store runs in line with industry standards, corporate policy, and health and safety requirements.
Competences

Strong knowledge of shop operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service & experience; great interpersonal, negotiating, analytical abilities, and data interpretation proficiency Understanding of market trends, telecom goods, and services.

Managing Trainer

University degree in business administration or allied fields; an MBA is recommended.
8+ years of expertise in capability development, ideally in sales.
Experience in training materials Creation and presentation are a MUST. Added benefits are experience in banking and telecommunications.
CORE INDEPENDENCIES

Design, create, and supervise thorough training courses covering customer service, sales, customer experience and support, and other operational areas compliant with industry standards and corporate policies.
Create and implement quality assurance rules and practices to uphold high standards in customer touchpoint service delivery.
Lead mentor; build a team for quality assurance and training; promote ongoing development, teamwork, and high performance by means of culture.
For adherence to quality criteria, track and audit calls, emails, social media, and other customer contacts.
Work with teams in customer service, sales, and customer experience support to grasp training requirements and quality issues.
Create pertinent material for the products and sales. Yas runs her owned stores and equips pertinent employees to increase sales.
Create and implement quality assurance policies and practices to keep high standards in service delivery at the customer contact point.

Excellent knowledge of telecom goods, services, and consumer experience standards.
Instructional design expertise. learning concepts and approaches of quality assurance.
Excellent analytical abilities for analysing performance statistics and pointing up areas needing work.
