JOB TITLE: Sales Officials (8 Posts)
To: Branch Manager Report
Dar es Salaam; Mbeya; Kigoma; Arusha; Moshi; Karatu; Mtwara; and Dodoma.
Employment’s Nature: Contract
Monday through Friday, hours of work are 8 am–5 pm. Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
Extra hours as demanded by the workload.
Goals of Employment
Selling the company goods and services to both current and prospective consumers inside the designated territory and target helps to provide income for the bank.
2. Principal Accountability: Sales Promotion:
By cross-selling and following the target provided, promote and spread sales of personal products to the defined market segment.
Tell the clients about both banks’ current and upcoming items in accuracy.
Getting current and savings accounts over phone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to current and new clients.
Brand Image
Make the products more visible.
Establish long-term rapport with current references as well as possible ones.
3. competencies and skills:
minimum of diploma qualification in any discipline.
Knowledge of financial products.
at least one year of banking expertise, ideally in sales or product promotion.
Verified success record for one year.
