Under a permanent employment contract, a part of the Amsons Group, Mbeya Cement Company Limited, is looking to hire a highly motivated learning and development coordinator (one post) to be based at the Mbeya Plant. The Human Resources Manager is the position’s reporting line.

Roles and Responsibilities: An Overview

Design and carry out creative learning and development initiatives, therefore including certification, development projects, etc.
Analyse both personally and at the organisational level to determine the learning requirements of the business in respect to its strategic orientation.

Under a permanent employment contract, a part of the Amsons Group, Mbeya Cement Company Limited, is looking to hire a highly motivated maintenance inspector (one post) to be based at the Mbeya Plant. The Preventive Maintenance Manager reports on this post.

Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

Create routes of inspection, route compliance, and guarantee efficient application of inspection tools and checklists.
Every piece of equipment on route under first-level inspection—also known as walk-by inspection—is under constant observation using a checklist to document.
c) Perform second-level inspections, such as vibration measurements and analysis, wear measurement and shaft alignment, and condition-based maintenance [CBM].
d) Track the plant by means of data on vibrations derived from plant equipment analysis.
e) Prepare the inspection reports in line with daily plant inspections and maintain records.

Qualifications:

Education: Mechanical Engineering Diplomacy

Experience: Three years or more at least. a background in cement construction! An extra benefit will be extractive industries with CAT 1 vibration analysis and level 1 certification of infrared thermography.

Technical Capabilities / Extra Skills:

Knowledge within SKF Micrology-Infrared Flir Software
AutoCAD program knowledge; communication; organisational skills; computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Gantt chart);
