Apply area-level NRC systems and procedures; guarantee conformity to NRC rules, handbooks, guidelines, and donor criteria.

Particular duties
These obligations will be tailored to the specificities of the task site and context, phase of operation, strategic orientation, and kind of program intervention. This part will be changed anytime a new hire is hired or the surroundings change drastically.
Help the area manager create cash predictions, keep general control over the budget, and track cash flows and expenses.
Verify timely and appropriate month-end closure as well as monthly reports, BRS and PS, sent to the regional office within the required dates.
Getting ready BVA (budget monitoring) and giving the area manager and program staff comments and recommendations.
timely preparation of donor financial reports to send to the regional controller for inspection.
Prepare and timely submit budget recommendations working with the Area Manager and budget holders.
timely monthly salary and benefit distribution for national and international personnel to the particular projects.
Use the Master Budget monitoring tool to closely check the Area Master Budget coverage; then, update the Area Manager and Head of Support.
Ensuring that financial reporting, budgeting, and financial operations follow the Financial Procedures Manual, other NRC regulations, and the requirements of donors, auditors, and authorities.
Help with the application of the FS model and oversee monthly TZFX0000/TZFP0000 distribution.
In charge of verifying trip claims to follow NRC and donor guidelines and policies.

Guarantee correct handling and storage of accounting records and documentation.
Under your direction, assign tasks, train, and evaluate assistants and finance officers.
As suitable, updating on any financial, audit, and compliance issues and attending Area Management Group (AMG) meetings.

Staff: One finance officer and one finance assistant 2, staff in total; numbers and titles of staff members directly under the post holder; numbers of daily workers/incentive staff members accountable overall in the unit
