Create and implement a comprehensive development plan to increase university online program enrolment.
Match efforts in marketing, staffing, and interaction with institutional goals for student success and program reputation.
Control of enrolment:

Emphasising poor areas and diverse people, lead searches for, enrol, and retain students for online programs.
Using best practices and data-driven insights, monitor the planning and execution of hiring initiatives.
Create and reach targets for enrolment increase to ensure scalability and sustainability.
Industry and Branding:

Leverage content marketing, SEO, sponsored media, and social media to boost digital marketing initiatives attracting possible students.
Create intriguing creative materials and messaging working with the leadership team.
Cooperation and engagement:

Education and Knowledge

Minimum of eight to ten years of advanced leadership experience in growth-orientated, enrolment management, or marketing roles.
Showcased capacity to meet and exceed enrolment and income targets, demonstrating success raising enrolment for hybrid or online projects.
Preferred is knowledge of performance-based or commission-based incentive systems.
