What are you going to do?
From pre-sales to realisation, develop and implement on pre-sales through delivery strategy/processes.

Based on corporate needs for programs, drive planning, forecasting, and optimisation of delivery.
From sales to delivery, responsible for the delivery of services (scope, cost, quality, time, and customer delight) inside Consulting & System Integration. In the analysis, planning, establishment (execution), realisation (execution), handover (execution), and conclusion phases, leading project and program activities.

Support and give Core/BSS/NDO/MS IT/ADM knowledge for engagement and sales teams with reference to delivery process, pricing, scope, and risks of activities and optimal alignment of client objectives.
Control and maintain highly motivated individuals in geographically dispersed teams and matrix capacity—including team definition, interview, and selection process.
Analyse and control outside partnerships to guarantee that the business case is being realised and margin levels are reached.
Responsibility to create and preserve good and happy client relationships and capture add-on sales into client surroundings
