WHO WE WANT

Loving working with children, a highly motivated teacher with great attention to detail can help to support a comprehensive learning agenda.
Lesson plans, strategies of work, lesson notes, and tests allow you to grow, track, and assess.
You are aware of the value of ECA’s (Extra Curricular Activities) and may encourage and guide pupils to take part.
a conscientious and diligent individual who appreciates taking on extra responsibilities, such as being on duty, organising assembly, guiding projects, and participating in different school committees.
You inspire pupils to aim high and reach moral and intellectual greatness.
What exactly we are looking for a Tanzanian with a diploma in education (primary school). You have to have graduated from an East African accredited university with outstanding academic standing.
A minimum of three (3) years of primary-level teaching experience where high-performing English medium schools show exceptional performance.
strong capacity to implement modern teaching techniques and tactics supporting a competency-based approach to learning and assessments, therefore delivering NECTA curriculum contents.
Excellent English as a medium of instruction, written and spoken communication abilities.
A well-rounded, independent, mature person with varied skills in education who also observes teaching ethics and shows a fresh approach to instruction.
a teacher for our kids with a vivid, conscientious, inspiring attitude.
someone who can fit the several policies and procedures of our institution, including working over weekends as needed.
someone able to teach every topic in a primary school.
Strong encouragement of competent female applicants to apply is advised.
