Important Share of Responsibility
Your main responsibilities as a member of our teaching team will be:
Lesson Planning for Creatives:
Create and present interesting, creative lessons that pique interest and a passion for learning.
Particularly in the nursery classroom, mix play-based and experiential learning approaches.
Education Management:
Make your classroom inclusive and friendly such that every child feels appreciated and supported.
Encourage among students mutual respect and keep discipline.
Monitoring student development:
Track student development and note areas that need work.
Tell parents and school administrators often about social and academic growth.
Teamwork:
Closely coordinate colleagues to exchange ideas and enhance instructional strategies.
Help to shape curriculum planning and school initiatives.
Technology Integration:
Improve learning opportunities with digital tools and resources, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
credentials and competencies
We seek teachers with the following:
Minimum requirements include a diploma in education, early childhood education, or another pertinent field.
Another benefit is a bachelor’s degree.
Professional Experience: One must have past teaching in elementary school or early childhood.
Important abilities and qualities:
a sincere love of guiding young students.
superb classroom control and communication techniques.
English fluency: verbal and written.
Mastery in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint among MS Office tools.
Creativity, flexibility, and the capacity to motivate students.
Applicants have to already be living in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
