Key Responsibilities

The following tasks and obligations will be assigned to you as a truck driver at Unole Company:

1. Driving Trucks/Lorries:
   • Drive the company’s trucks or lorries to deliver cargo to its locations in a safe and effective manner.

     During operations, make sure that all traffic and road safety regulations are followed.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:
   • In the business automobile logbook, precisely note trips, mileage, fuel economy, and other relevant information.

     Regular brake, light, tyre, and oil inspections help you to ensure that your automobile is in good running order.

     Tell the organisational maintenance staff of any technical problems or breakdowns as soon as you find them.

3. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Keep the company’s vehicle logbook by faithfully entering trips, mileage, fuel economy, and other pertinent information.

     To guarantee they are in good operating order, routinely check vehicle oil, tires, brakes, and lights.

     Tell the maintenance crew of the company immediately about any mechanical problems or faults.

4. General Duties:
   • Complete any extra chores allocated by management according to operational demands and corporate goals.

     Keep the given car orderly and clean.

Education and Qualifications

Candidates qualified for this post have to satisfy the following criteria:

Driving History:

at least three (3) years of truck driving or related experience.

Driving Certificate:

Have a current Tanzanian driving licence, specifically Class C1, which permits the running of heavy vehicles.

Flexibility:

Show that you can operate outside usual business hours—including on weekends and public holidays—as asked.
