To add to our active team at YAS Tanzania, we are seeking a driven and knowledgeable B2B Mobile Product & Business Development Specialist. This presents a fantastic chance for us to be very active in promoting consumer experience, product development, and B2B mobile product offers expansion.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a similar discipline qualifies B2B Mobile Product & Business Development Specialist.
Three years minimum of experience in telecom sector product management.

Main Accountability:
Management of Product Collateral:

For mobile products, routinely update and control all sales collateral, including product presentations, competitive pricing, competitive product briefings, and product specification documentation.
Training Development:

Create thorough training courses for B2B mobile product consumers to guarantee simplicity and clarity of usage.
Applications of Quality Assurance:

Apply the best regional quality assurance techniques for every mobile product.
Performance Tracking:

Through consistent reporting, track mobile products to guarantee visibility and fit with corporate objectives.
KPI Observation:

Track important performance metrics, including ARPA (average revenue per account), ARPL (average revenue per link), churn, active base, and fresh links or clients.
Revenue Growth and Customer Experience:

Recommend and carry out programs to improve consumer experience and support income increase.
Development and Testing Products:

Control the functionality and pilot testing for either new or possible B2B mobile products.
Create and apply new product and service quality assurance checklists in design and implementation.
Competencies:

Capacity to satisfy deadlines and work under duress.
Excellent mastery of consumer relations.
first-rate team management and leadership.
Great written and spoken communication abilities.
competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the MS Office Suite.
