JOB TITLE: Corporate manager
WASSHA Incorporation offers a rental gadget and recharge service run on clean energy. Our goal is to use kiosks to supply the people electricity. For those in off-grid areas with reasonably priced, easily available, and safe electricity, WASSHA offers a whole fresh experience. Agents from WASSHA handle renting and charging for end users. As we lease every piece of equipment, we use the environmentally friendly energy, and agents do not have to prepare initial expenditure to receive enough power.
How are we going to fulfil our goals?
We offer the rental gadget together with a clean energy charging capability. WASSHA borrows all equipment to launch its company. Remote management and monitoring of every activity made feasible with our creative technology so that we may verify every transaction, including sales, consumer data, and power generation. Compliance specialist
Oversaw all corporate division departments and was responsible for the compliance and performance of the corporate division as a whole; took primordial responsibility for local financial audits independently. Assure and mitigate risks of internal controls in accounting/finance and corporate areas, including domestic and international tax risks.
3. MAIN RESPONSIBLE OF THE JOB: A Managerial Responsibilities
● Accept primordial responsibility and manage independent statutory audits or tax audits.
● Control every team member under the position by providing guidance, defining and communicating targets, and ensuring every team satisfies expected target/standard.
● Share personal knowledge to help guide division team leaders and members to increase accuracy and efficiency by means of educational possibilities.
● Record and map the operation process while working with other departments.
● Know the group generally and create branch financial plans using better management and apply them in responsible regions.
● Plan and carry out, at the branch, a budget-making process using effective data collection.
● Underwrite accounting leader for monthly close, particularly for complicated and decision-orientated issues, liaising with headquarters management.
Send the GM monthly divisional reports, broad information, and recommendations together.
● Verify the company’s adherence to every government rule.
● Developing policies grounded in delivering all the information required and guaranteeing execution
● Scheduling yearly meetings between managers and distribution to business owners
B) Functional Responsibilities:
● Be a window person contacted regarding financial risks in many spheres, including legal, tax, and contractual, and advise risk mitigation utilising one’s own and other professional expertise.
Monthly summarise branch financial performance in line with prior trends and budgets; then, recommend countermeasures to help management to perform better.
Attending seminars, reading professional publications, building personal networks, and joining professional associations helps one to keep both technical and professional knowledge.
● Work under view of the Professional Code of Conduct (PICCO). Professional behaviour; integrity; competence; confidentiality; objectivity. Generally speaking, a general accountant is directly responsible for reporting any witnessed or heard misbehaviour against these standards to the relevant channel or the immediate supervisor.
● Make sure the business follows all federal rules.
● Develop policies depending on all the information required and guarantee execution. ● Attend additional tasks provided by the GM.
4. Minimal Need
A minimum degree of intellectual and professional competency needed to carry out the position with effectiveness:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration major in accounting, finance, or another pertinent discipline.
● CPA/ACCA is absolutely vital.
B) A minimal degree of experience is needed to carry out the post effectively:
● Five years of expertise working in a department of high-volume transaction accounting.
● Five years of managerial accounting experience, including management reports using financial accounting data, budget preparation, and budget analysis.
● Experience running the team with more than five people for more than three years.
