Who We Are
Established especially to help the hiring process of personnel for the Public Service, the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government institution with a status of independent Department. The Public Service Act No. 8 of 2002 established the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat; Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1), modified this body.

Vision: To be a regionally Centre of Excellence in Public Service Recruitment.
Objective: To advise companies on employment-related issues and engage public servants using current techniques by following values of equity, openness, and merit.

Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) functions
PSRs mostly serve to help the public service to recruit new members. The Public Service Cap. 298 of 2002, as revised by Amendment Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29 (1), states that PSRs serve the following: Names Requested for Interview UTUMISHI 2024
