Overview
Position: NetSuite Administrator, Sanku
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Nature and Scope
Along with developing workflows, dashboards, and saved searches for back-office and front-office operations including finance and accounting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, order management, warehouse management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, procurement, and workforce management, the role holder is in charge of all integrations inside the platform.
Duties and obligations
- System Administration: System configuration, data security, and user roles and permissions management.
- System Customization: Configures workflows, bespoke scripts (Suite Script), and Suite Flow automation.
- Data Management: Manages data import/export, records management, and backup policies.
- Manages API connections, outside software integration in integration management.
- System Performance Monitoring: Periodic maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Budgeting: Assist with budget planning, periodic monitoring and preparation of monthly actual vs plan reports.
- Working closely with the accounting team will help you guarantee accurate data entering and monthly financial reports.
- Financial Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance using automated reporting and forecasting technologies for more efficient use of data.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.

Work Experience and Educational Certificates
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or another closely allied discipline.
- Two plus years of practical NetSuite integration, implementation, testing, training, and support experience
- Using any two of the NetSuite products—ERP, OneWorld, SCM, CRM, SuiteCommerce
- familiar with the KPIs, customised reports, NetSuite dashboard
- Show capacity to handle workflow management and process approvals within NetSuite.
- Excellent configuring, design, integration, and project management abilities
