Summary of Employment
To fully own the effective delivery of consumer solutions to satisfy customer needs and support corporate strategic goals to provide a really digital bank.
In conformity with required risk and regulatory frameworks, the implementation specialist will guarantee customer solutions are provided on time, managing the onboarding process within budget, within the agreed scope, and to the quality expectations.
Reports to Transactional Services Manager will come from the implementation specialist.
Position and obligations
Plans of development and execution for implementing client solutions
Work with stakeholders to create and own general implementation plans for portfolio-level implementations and customer solutions.
Deliver initiatives involving customer onboarding with a set schedule to promptly satisfy needs.
Track client solution implementation and offer management-level visibility and essential stakeholder access.
Create disciplines to effectively control several client solution implementations running concurrently without affecting time of delivery or quality of execution.
Work with technical teams of customers to uncover implementation plans fit for their plans and then carry out the strategy.
Get client comments on the application of the product and offer substitute solutions for the issues brought forward.
Technical commercial analysis
Get business requirements for customer solutions by working with stakeholders.
Cooperate with pertinent teams. Transformed commercial norms and guidelines into technical systems implementations.
Engage clients to learn their requirements and influence their decision on the best-fit solutions.
While assessing their general “doability” (skills complexity, etc.), pinpoint and specify the area of priority for change in terms of their impact and goals.
Review the “big picture.” Use a suitable level of influence to guarantee alignment with client needs and bank strategic goals.

Controlling Risk: Management
Verify that the delivery team complies with all Group, RoA, and local rules and standards, including the delivery of all operational risk and compliance attestations.
Maintain appropriate governance and controls compatible with Group norms and directed on transactional services product delivery.
Follow local foreign rules relevant to the bank on its own operations in the area.
Make sure that, while assigning job duties, procedures and controls mandated by policies are shared with pertinent stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to the group process for waiver and dispensation applications and policy breach notification when suitable

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degrees and advanced diplomas in physical, mathematical, computer, and life sciences; experience in a like setting.
