You are who?
Highly driven educator with great attention to detail who enjoys working with students and can support a comprehensive learning agenda.
One could say that you may create, track, and assess courses of action, lecture notes, and tests of knowledge.
You can motivate and guide students to engage in extra-curricular activities (ECAs), therefore appreciating their value.
A conscientious and diligent person who loves to take on extra responsibilities, including supervising projects, covering assembly, and serving on several school committees.
– You inspire pupils to aim high and reach moral and intellectual greatness.
What we’re looking for
– a Tanzanian with a Bachelor of Education degree. You have to have come out of an East African-approved university.
having outstanding records for academics.
A minimum of three (4) years of secondary school teaching experience with exceptional achievement from top-notch institutions.
Excellent capacity to implement current teaching approaches and strategies supporting a competency-based approach to learning and assessments, hence delivering NECTA curriculum contents.
Great English language written and vocal communication abilities are used in the classroom.
A well-rounded, independent, mature person with varied expertise in education and one who witnesses teaching ethics and shows a novel approach to instruction.
A teacher for our pupils with a vivid, conscientious, and inspiring demeanour.
Someone who can fit our school’s several policies and practices (including working over weekends as needed).
One other benefit is being able to teach a second topic in secondary school with competency.
Strong encouragement of competent female applicants to apply is advised.
